At Bare Season we want you to love every wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your Bandeau Libre for any reason, we'll make it right, no complicated hoops, no judgment.
What We Cover
We accept return requests within 30 days of your delivery date under the following conditions:
Item is unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Item is free from perfume, deodorant, or any marks. You have proof of purchase from bareseason.co.
How To Request A Return
Email us at hello@bareseason.co with the following:
Your full name. Your order number. The email address used to place your order. The reason for your return.
We review all requests within 2 to 3 business days. Once approved we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us at hello@bareseason.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will reship immediately or issue a full refund, your choice. No return required.
Non-Eligible Returns
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Items without original tags. Requests submitted after the 30-day window. Orders placed through unauthorized third-party sellers.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color simply return your original item and place a new order.
