Processing Time

All Bare Season orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Free Standard Shipping All orders over $84 qualify for free standard shipping to all US addresses. No code required. The free shipping threshold is automatically applied at checkout.

Standard Shipping — Orders Under $84 A flat rate shipping fee applies to orders under $84. The exact rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times Standard shipping: 5 to 8 business days Expedited shipping: 2 to 3 business days where available

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories, PO Boxes, or internationally. International shipping options may be added in the future — sign up for our email list to be notified.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder before contacting us.


Shipping Protection

At checkout you will have the option to add Shipping Protection to your order for a small fee. We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection to ensure your order is fully covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

What Shipping Protection covers: Orders confirmed as lost by the carrier. Packages confirmed as damaged upon delivery. Orders confirmed as stolen after delivery confirmation.

How to file a claim: If your protected order is lost, damaged, or stolen email us at hello@bareseason.co within 7 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable. We will reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund at your preference. Claims are typically resolved within 2 to 3 business days.

Unprotected orders: If you choose not to add Shipping Protection and your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, Bare Season is not liable for the loss. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier but cannot guarantee a resolution or replacement for unprotected orders.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please take the following steps before contacting us. Check with neighbors and around all entry points to your property. Check with your building manager or front desk if applicable. Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before physical delivery.

If your package is still missing after 24 hours please contact us at hello@bareseason.co with your order number and we will investigate immediately. Orders with Shipping Protection will be reshipped or refunded with no further action required. Orders without Shipping Protection will be subject to carrier investigation which can take 5 to 10 business days.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Bare Season is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at hello@bareseason.co. If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to update the address before dispatch. If your order has already shipped we are unable to redirect the package.
